Returns & Exchange
At OKCASE, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
1. 60-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 60 days after your order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
Returns and refunds may be accepted in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- You no longer want the item, as long as it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
3. Return Shipping Costs
OKCASE Covers Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our error, such as a defective item, damaged product, or incorrect item, OKCASE will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Covers Return Shipping:
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return first and place a new order.
5. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at service@okcase.co within 60 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions, return address, and shipping label if applicable.
- Send the item back according to the instructions provided.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
