At this time, we do not ship to countries or regions outside the destinations listed above.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

There is no minimum purchase required for free standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping

For customers who need faster delivery, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee of $9.99.

Expedited shipping usually shortens the standard shipping time by approximately 2–3 business days. Please note that order processing time still applies.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or high-order-volume seasons.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time includes shipping transit time after the order has been processed and dispatched.

United States Special Regions

For eligible orders shipped to the countries listed above, customs duties are covered by OKCASE.

Customers usually do not need to pay additional customs duties for eligible orders. However, local tax rules, customs inspections, or import procedures may vary by country and may affect delivery time.
